WE SHIP THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA AND WORLDWIDE VIA AUSPOST. 

ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA HQ.

FLAT RATE OF $10AUD FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS AND $30AUD FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. FOR ALL USA CUSTOMERS, YOUR SHIPPING RATE DEPENDS ON YOUR TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT DUE TO TARRIF CHARGES.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING. STANDARD SHIPMENTS ARE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST AND ESTIMATED GROUND DELIVERY TIME WITHIN AUSTRALIA IS 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE SHIPPED.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, AND BROKERAGE FEES UPON ARRIVAL. THE CUSTOMER'S TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, AND ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CUSTOMS CLEARING. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES, LEFT, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE PROOF OF DELIVERY HAS BEEN RECEIVED, HOWEVER, PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE.
