Three springs ago, I opened the (proverbial) doors to a very small store I named Sabi the Label. Since then, it’s grown, evolved, and bloomed into something bigger than I ever imagined all thanks to the community of customers we’ve been supported by ever since.
To celebrate three beautiful, big years, and the community who built our foundations, we’re hosting our very first in-store experience in Melbourne: The Third Spring.
An ode to both a milestone and a new season ahead, The Third Spring is an all encompassing ode to 3 beautiful, big years and a fresh new collection to round out the last moments of spring, welcoming an abundant, energising summer.
On November 1st, 2025 we’ll open our doors for one day only to launch an entirely new, unreleased collection — available exclusively in-store before anywhere else.
To keep things intentional and personal, only four guests will be welcomed in at a time, creating space to breathe, browse, and connect. I’ll be there on the ground styling, chatting, and celebrating with everyone who’s made this journey what it is.
Expect a beautiful, sensory day: a custom cake by local baker Marni Elder (@lil_choux_choux), fresh coffee by Everyday Coffee, and wines on pour from Konpira Maru.
The Third Spring is our way of saying thank you to Melbourne, to our loyal community, and to every person who’s helped Sabi grow, one season at a time.
