Returns & Exchanges
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
We accept returns or exchanges within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags ON.
For change-of-mind, we offer store credit only. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee of $11 AUD per item will be deducted from your store credit.
International duties and import taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess and resolve the issue. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.
