SABI RETURN POLICY - Clothing / Accessories

We Do:

1 time exchanges. ✔
Sabi store credits. ✔

We Don't:

Process any refunds (unless faulty). ✘
Allow returns of used, worn or damaged items (unless faulty) ✘

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

You can return any item purchased from Sabi within FOUR days of receiving your package for a full store credit. Please ensure all tags are ON to be eligible for a refund/exchange. To exchange an item, simply use your store credit to purchase your preferred sabi item.

Step #1. Email us on sophie@sabithelabel.com within FOUR days of receiving your item. Provide us with your original order number. If the item arrived faulty, please provide clear images within your email. (Please understand that we do NOT accept exchange requests outside of this time period).

Step #2. Carefully package the item(s) with swing tags ON. For jewellery and accessories please use a box, for garments, a satchel bag is fine. Note: the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us. We cannot offer your return if the package get lost or arrives damaged. 

Step #3. You must email a copy of ‘proof of postage’ including a tracking number to hello@sabithelabel.com within FOUR days of your return being authorised by us via email.

Step #4. Once we receive the original item(s), we'll be in contact with you, providing it meets the correct standards (listed below). Your store credit, refund or exchnage will then be processed and sent via email. 

Return Standards

  • items must be in an unworn, unused, original condition
  • All items must be free from odours and/or cream (garments that smell of perfume, perspiration, smoke etc or have visible marks of sunscreen, moisturiser, makeup etc will not be eligible for exchange)
  • Please take care to confirm your garments meet the return standards before shipping to avoid disappointment.

Note: all return expenses are at the customer cost UNLESS its a faulty item. We supply free return labels for all faulty sabi items.


SABI RETURN POLICY - Swimwear

We Do:

We Don't:

Accept returns for change of mind. ✘
Allow returns of used, worn, damaged items or items without the hygiene sticker. ✘

Please consider your swimwear purchase carefully!

We do not issue any exchanges or refunds on change of mind orders.

We offer a 1-time exchange within 7 days of purchase if your items are the incorrect size/colour. 

We will ONLY process a refund or a store credit if the items you have received are faulty. 

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, in it's garment bag and with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed― and must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Return shipping is at customers expense.
